taxi’s are available from ambala to Chandigarh.
buses and train are available to Shimla.

If you are travelling from Delhi why do you want to take a train to Ambala if you want to go to Chandigarh or Shimla. You can take a train directly to Chandigarh or Kalka and then take a cab from there to Shimla.
