Your best bet would be to stick with Eagle Beach or Palm Beach that is where most of your resorts and timeshares are. Eagle Beach is long white sandy and beautiful. Palm is very narrow at spots and always can be a bit busy. You should not have any problems getting a cab from either of these beaches. There are usually cab in front of all the resorts. As all the beaches in Aruba are public the problem arises that many of the resorts have specific areas for their patrons. But it should not be a problem to find some place to use the beach. I see many people doing it, especially on Eagle beach. As far as Baby Beach goes it is a little bit of a drive but sorry to say there is no cabby near there. Only if you arrange to be driven out there and have the cab wait for you. Another option is renting a car for a few hours. You would probably spend on a rental what you would in taxi fare and a tip. You can explore the coast line at your leisure and not be rushed or worried about a cab. And there are rental cars available to you as you exit the cruise ship. If you drive you can’t get lost and the coast drive is a straight shot. Go up to the light house and down to Baby beach all in a few hours. Hope this helps and have a great time on your cruise. The beaches you list are usually pretty populated and have taxis coming by periodically. Palm Beach is the main stretch so you won’t have any problem. Eagle Beach and Baby Beach usually have a couple taxis on stand by. If you really are that concerned, you can always take a taxi and ask the driver to return at a certain time. In order of difficulty (easiest to hardest) of getting a taxi would probably be Palm, Eagle, Baby.
One big thing to mention is that taxis in Aruba are surprisingly strict when it comes to wearing wet bathing suits in cabs. Almost all of them will refuse you if you are wearing a wet bathing suit. Make sure to bring a change of clothes so you can get back.
