Of course there are taxis. They are all over the place.

It depends on which outlet mall you plan to visit.
1 – Las Vegas Outlet Center – you can ride the bus from the Vegas strip
2 – Las Vegas Premium Outlets – take a taxi from the strip
3 – Fashion Outlets – ride the shoppers shuttle from MGM Grand, Plant Hollywood or Fashion Show Mall (cost $15 round trip)

Rent a car for a day at the hotel your staying at.They will give you a map to the places you want to go to. You won’t get lost.And you will be able to go wherever you want to all day. It will cost the same as a taxi round trip.your welcome

Saturday I went to the downtown outlet mall, just off I 15 and saw plenty of taxis!

Yes but I would check with concierge. Hotel may have a shuttle. There is always the CAT bus system

catch the ace gold line, it takes you to both. ticket cost $7 per person for 24hrs.

Yes taxies. buses and some hotels have a min bus for the guests call the front desk for info. good luck
