There’s no Bluebird counter, but you have to go to one end of the Station to see Bluebird. Actually the north end, keep the Monas monument on your left and you will be heading in the right direction.
You could also take Express, Transcab or Celebrity, they are all really good. Bluebird are more expensive and they take a set route to avoid confrontation with passengers, and have a good reputation. Express drivers are all ex-Bluebird and they provide a good service. Transcab are really cheap and you can watch live tv in the back.
