    Quite a fair bit! Seems like there are new cab companies and I see more colors on the roads these days.

    I think the official figure is between 20,000 and 25,000. Considering the flag down fare has not increased in about 10 years I don’t see how anyone of these taxi drivers can make a living.
    Then of course there are the tuk tuks and the miotorcycle taxis – in total a lot.

    according to Bangkok Traffic Bureau about 7,000 are registered but they have another 2,000 illegal
